Milne Library has started a subscription to the New York Times which grants faculty, staff, and students access to
unlimited articles on the NYT website, from the present day to 1851.

(Access is available via login, rather than IP address authentication like our other library resources.)

Create an Account on the New York Times website (on-campus):
1. Visit http://accessnyt.com/
2. Search for and select SUNY Geneseo
3. Click the link to indicate you are on-campus “On campus click here”
4. Click the Create Account button
5. Enter your geneseo.edu email address and a password, and uncheck the box to receive
updates and offers
6. Please note your account will be active for one year, after which you will be prompted to
renew your account to maintain access to the New York Times.
Create an Account on the New York Times website (off-campus):
1. Visit http://accessnyt.com/
2. Search for and select SUNY Geneseo
3. Click the blue Go button and login using your Geneseo network credentials. Begin
following step 4 from above
