etchworth State Park , also known as the Grand Canyon of the East, is an incredible landmark and natural wonder. The Humphrey Nature Center at Letchworth State Park houses many interactive exhibits that especially highlight the plants and animals, geology and river ecology. The center provides an outdoor classroom, butterfly garden, a bird observation station.
Stoney Brook State Park is right nearby, and offers 3 spectacular waterfalls and a gorgeous gorge trail. There is a nationwide Foliage Map to help you find areas that are at peak foliage!
