Cyril Oberlander, former Director of Interlibrary Services at the University of Virginia and Head of Interlibrary Loan at Portland State University, has joined the staff of Milne Library as Associate Library Director. He started his new position on Monday, January 7th.
Cyril’s library background is interlibrary loan services at academic institutions and he brings to Milne a wealth of experience and expertise in this area. Cyril has published and presented extensively on library interlibrary loan issues and Milne is excited and privileged to have him join our staff.
