CIT HelpDesk is on the left (south) side of the Milne Library Main Floor, as you go through the main entrance. The friendly and knowledgeable HelpDesk staff provides technical support for the SUNY Geneseo community including:
- Network setup (including WiFi & VPN)
- Adding printers
- Academic software installation
- Sign-out and support technology available for loan
- Answering general computer questions
