This past Thursday, Twitter introduced a mobile service called Vine that allows users to create and share looping videos of 6 seconds or less in length.
Currently, the mobile service is only available for iPhone and iPod touch users and can be downloaded for free from iTunes. According to Twitter, other platforms to be added later.
